The owner-managed company develops and produces very high-quality and specialised machine components at its site in North Rhine-Westphalia, in particular drilling systems and tools for special civil engineering. Production ranges from one-offs to small series.

With two business divisions (production and sales of drilling tools as well as sales, rental and service for pumps and drilling equipment), a turnover of 6 million EUR is achieved. The company has been established in the market for many years.

The main turnover is achieved in Germany. About 12% of the turnover is generated abroad (mainly in Europe). The trend is upwards.

The customer structure is varied. Well-known companies from the different drilling sectors belong to the long-standing customer base. There are no dependencies on individual customers.

The company's renowned name stands nationally and internationally for the highest quality and reliability "Made in Germany". Customers particularly appreciate the high level of solution competence, flexibility and willingness to develop. This is achieved in particular through the use of special machines as well as well-qualified and highly motivated personnel. The company has a total of 47 employees and 7 trainees.

The machinery is in a very good and modern condition. Replacement and new investments are made regularly. The acquisition of a friction welding machine including a new production hall has been implemented as part of a major investment.

The company operates in its own production facility in Bochum Wattenscheid. The production area comprises 5,800 square metres of hall and storage space, plus 200 square metres of office space.
